- Add dynamic challenge nonces to Postgres, VNC, and SIP.
- Add basic keyspace lookup and mock data to Redis.

- Suppress Werkzeug HTTP server headers and normalize FTPAnonymousShell response.
- Add tracking for Dynamic Bait Store (DEBT-027) via DEBT.md.
